Our Mission Statement  

Cuboid Education Centre is here to help each individual develop abilities and live skills to achieve and maintain independence, confidence and academic excellence.

So we:

• Provide tutoring, workshops and study skills to improve literacy and maths as well as any other subject required, and encourage learning as a skill for life.
• Provide high quality tutoring, which includes reviews of concepts, discussions of ideas, and strategies for improving on the subject required.
• Provide parents or schools with a resource for individuals who need help with writing or mathematics, or other curriculum subjects.
• Provide the community with an intellectual hub offering life skills for learning, developing self-confidence and independence.

• Be an active learner;  ask questions and do your best to work through problems with your tutor.
• Act here and now. Use every single minute to learn something new.
• Find and use all available resources; in addition to tutoring, get to know your teachers, study in small groups with your classmates, and make sure to practice the skills you are learning.
• Join our workshops on subjects ranging from avoiding plagiarism to time management and preparing for final exams.
